Poor customer service and the store often looks like a stockroom with customers not being able to get to product through all the boxes.

Seriously, product are great! That's why I spend about four hundred dollars on my bed quilt and pillow case! But the "POOR" services really upset me! I think I have the right to choose different product, but the staff are really impatient and have a "SHIX" face on after I require to have a look different pattern of the bed quilt! Seriously ?
