I asked a women to price match a NutriBullet with Myer and showed her the webpage but she was just rude. She'd do it, but reluctantly. I don't see why it's a such a hassle. Always check prices as big W don't have the lowest prices despite their advertising about this, and prepare for hassle if you want them to price match

I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy any product from here. No doubt the products are cheap but at the cost of users safety. I bought a cooking pan from here and guess what I nearly got burnt! Ever time I used to cook there was a weird smell and lots of smoke until 1 day it actually set on fire! Thank God I was saved! Please don't buy these low quality products that compromise on user safety.

Had a bizzare experience whilst collecting my replacement parcel that came via ebay and BIG W was the collection point.

The ebay staff behaved very suspiciously and wanted to frustrate me for 15 minutes before they launched into asking me for personal details like my DOB before they would release my item. I gave them a piece of my mind.

But I must commend the BIG W staff members for their professional input and intervention into this fiasco.

BTW THE IMPORTANT THING IS MY DOB IS NOT ON MY EBAY ACCOUNT SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO ASK ME FOR THIS. VERY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR BY EBAY STAFF

Big W is more or less ok. They have some low cost products with little variety. But sometimes they lack staff support, insufficient number of staffs or staffs not reaching for customers queries. I was standing at their self checkout in Gungahlin for more than 10 minutes one day. Whoever staff passed me I tried to ask for help and they quickly passed by and didn't help. But they have low cost products to help lot of people.
