Terrible. Ordered and paid for my new car stereo, then waited three weeks for different parts to come in, wrong ones on several occasions. Finally got an install date, went in to have the install done, only to discover that some of the parts had been put back on the shelve and sold, so they would have to order them in again, another months delay. I have now had to cancel my order of over $2000 and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed and will not be a customer of theirs again. Money was never an issue, but still they gave such bad service. No one even cared that I was cancelling the order, all in a days bad business for them.
