Just a good place to stay in Melbourne. It is close to bus station, train station and also to the Victoria market.

The apartment unit is quite good. It has kitchen and sitting room. However the bedroom size ia a bit small, but it's just Ok.

I am writing this review on behalf of my cousin's family who traveled to Melbourne recently. The location is OK, however, the room was smelly and the bedside lamp couldn't be turned on. My cousin was charged an extra $80 after checking out and was told that they "left a water stain" on the floor.

Location is excellent. About 20 mins walk to Bourke St mall. For those who are too lazy to walk, the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Our room for 4 is as expected. Decent sized rooms with a huge living room and a kitchen. There's a fridge, a microwave and stove top for those who want to cook. I stayed on the 5th floor where the laundrette is situated. $4 per wash. Check in and out were great. The only thing that i was not satisfied with is that the floors could be cleaner. Oh and also both bathroom doors have no lock on them.

Great location. Comfortable enough (I guess) beds were thin and I could feel the springs digging into my hip. Cramped bedroom/living spaces with not much wiggle room. We also had a room which faced La Trobe Street which was fairly noisy with trams/trucks etc. Luckily we were only in the rooms for sleeping. Probably would stay again if I was on a tight budget.
