Rooms are basic and clean. We booked direct and the staff are friendly and helpful. Noise in the pool room was extreme. Poor audible design. Good value for money

Had a very nice stay. Everything was very clean and staff were very helpful & polite. Would definitely stay here again. Close proximity to Docklands & easy access to public transport

Pretty good. Buffet breakfast would be better if it included bacon not just eggs and baked beans. Need more hanging hooks in bathroom for wet towels.

Very neat and clean. Couldn't fault the service. Check in was hassle free and very quick. Location didn't quite suit us but that's more our problem nothing against this motel

Nice rooms and friendly staff. A few little issues but nothing too major. Bathroom grout could have been cleaned better as it was really dirty on the floor. The shower itself was clean and the bathroom really clean. Overall not a bad place for the price.

Large clean rooms, the free internet is fast enough for 720p YouTube videos, polite staff. Cheap tasting tea/coffee, and bathroom products though. Ended up buying my own shampoo etc.

Super friendly staff. Rooms are neat and tidy. The Indoor pool and gym facilitys that are available are quite good. Overall a pretty comfy place to stay.

Although the room was a little small and older than I expected, it was well maintained and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Best part I think was the location, still with easy reach of everything the city offers while being just that little bit quieter. Also having access to the free tram area with stops right outside the hotel made getting around super easy and convenient.

Staff were excellent. Polite, respectful and friendly. With reception open 24hrs, I could check out in the morning, store my bags and collect several hours later, after the football. Beds and pillows were a little soft and sleep was a little interrupted but OK. Breakfast was exactly as described. Awesome as it was included for free in my deal but would not be worth the money that they normally charge. For the same deal I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous rooms. My son and I shared a family room on 16th March 2017. Extremely clean, roomy and very quiet. Location is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Pretty basic hotel in CBD area. Weak wifi connection.. TV turns on by itself in the middle of the night, creeps me out.

Awesome location. Easy walk to Etihad Stadium, Coles and all public transport. Stayed in a twin room which was Very clean and tidy. Only bad point was that there was no hair dyer and toiletries were just soap, shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely stay again.

Good for staying in the city and close to the airport transfer hub at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne's tram system make getting around the city very easy. The Atlantis hotel has a team stop out the front. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The shower and toilet facilities were adequate. We stayed for one night (seeing a show at the princess theatre) with an early flight out the next morning; the location made getting back to airport so easy. The continental breakfast was OK, not great, but is cheap at $12 per person. Could do with some bacon or sausages to make it more attractive. Staff were really friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Would recommend for ease of access to the airport connection lines.
