Nice location over looking the small boat harbour. Quiet despite the active night life. With cruises leaving most nights. Room we stayed in was 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Simple, with foxtel and free wifi. No house cleaning, the place is stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. It has Fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer and all cooking pots pans cutlery. Situated right next to free tram service. Nice place if we visit Melbourne again might stay here again.

pros: friendly start, great location-free tram zone n clean apartment. free wifi cons: aircon was abit weak - weather was 34 outside. parking not included. coffee pods need to be purchased.

We we're extremely happy with our apartment for our family holiday recently (18 month old toddler and 4 adults), the apartment was very spacious and completely self-contained. Easy access to public transport and extremely secure requiring a tag to get into the building which was comforting. I liked the fact the TV was up on the wall and the DVD player and Foxtel box was as well out of reach of intrigued hands, the room was very child friendly; we did however move away any of the glass side tables, plates and things from the lower shelves in the kitchen knowing what he is like. We found the staff at the counter to be very helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again!

Arrived just before office closed 7pm and lady staff member on, Michelle i think, could not have been more helpfull. Full directions to room, parking etc. Room outstanding, clean, well equiped kitchen, great beds and quality linen. Great tv entertainment system and wifi. Could not complain. Thank you. (Only problem was new location of book in office, previous one was easier to get to)

Excellent location as it is covered with the free tram zone. Room was clean and cozy. Checked in at 10:40am and they were very kind to offer me a room even i checked in early.

Great apartments, very clean and spacious. Well equipped with laundry and dryer. Beutiful view over the city and has a pool and a gym. Short distance from the city.

Great location, excellent service and everything you need. Our apartment seemed a bit dated and not like what was on the website. The apartment smelt (!) and although was clean on the surface, felt like it needed a deep cleaning.
