Average hotel and just OK for one night or two. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location which is in the heart of Melbourne, Chinatown, and Bourke Street Mall.
There is a very small car park next door, but don't count on it as most likely it's going to be full. It was a bit disappointing and annoying as I had to drive three blocks away in traffic to find a car park after 20 minutes.
Rooms are very small but generally clean. We booked a room for two, but there was only one dental pack in the bathroom.
There is free WiFi, however once you try to connect, the terms and conditions says that there is no guarantee that there is no malware, virus, or any destructive activities and you should use it at you own risk. You don't wanna login to their unreliable and unsecure network with their guest username and password on your cell phone and put your bank accounts and all your monetary information at risk. Providing a secure internnet connection for a hotel that claims to be four star is a must. I had to use my provider data on my cell phone.
All in all, not a bad hotel. In my opinion it is a three-star.response / report this review -

Booked queen bed stay, when checking in the desk said that they upgraded us for free but bed in room is only a double bed and located right next to pool so very noise. Rooms loocked better online then in person. But must say service is excellent, food is great and rooms are very clean.

Great hotel located around Chinatown!
Lots of food just behind the ally of the hotel. You could walk from the basement carpark or from the ground floor and towards the ally on your left when you exit.
The hotel amenities are great, swimming pool is located at level 17, the breakfast start at 6.30am and good selection last till 10.30am.
The room are spacious and well equipped. Overall a great stay.response / report this review -

Hotel is pity good. Facility OK. Staffs are polite and helpful. Just the staff (old guy) at car park, his English is very difficult to guess.
Just one point is my purchase should have bath tub but they give me a new room without bath tub and haven't noticed me. BTW, I finally got mine. Recommended. The place is very convenience, 24 hrs eat place and near China town.response / report this review -

Comfortable and Convenient for travellers. A nice place to stay and good food in house. Good and friendly restaurant staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Parking downstairs has very bad service and only a few car spaces. It is independently operated but somehow linked to the hotel. The hotel should consider finding a more suitable operator. Hotel is fine otherwise.

Polite and attentive staff, great location. Great job on the photoshop of pictures because everything looks old and the hotel need an urgent renovation. Pool very old with only 4 sun beds for a 17 storey hotel, also no shower available before entering pool which I find disgusting due to the fact that people need to shower before entering pool. Also no toilets available in Pool area. Housekeeping of the rooms not so good.
