Bought a used car here today. Received excellent customer service from my initial enquiry, up to test drive and sale. Gerald was very attentive to my needs, patient and knowledgeable about the car. He definitely threw in a few salesman tactics but it was always light and friendly, and I never felt pressured. He also stayed well beyond closing time to discuss any issues I had. Thanks, Gerald.

Picked up our Corolla today. From first contact, we received outstanding service. Salesman, Will, was exceptionally polite and professional. All our questions were answered clearly and we were given all the time we needed. Very impressed by the clean, welcoming surrounds at the dealership.
Coffee was expensive but the car free!

Popped into the dealership to look at used MX-5. Best decision I've made in a long time! The lovely Borden talked us through the history of MX-5s, and you could feel the passion! Both Borden and Ronnie looked after me very well, and I feel so excited to purchase the car of my dreams!

What a great new dealership and service centre Berwick Toyota, however as a return service guest, my suggestion would be for you to review the caliber of staff you hire/have, so they are a reflection of the million dollar look and feel of your business.
My partner was in there today for a service and was made to feel so uncomfortable by your receptionist & another girl wearing a white shirt and black trousers who had short hair. To start, the two of them seemed to be more concerned about "discussing" (being polite here) what seemed to be a fellow co-worker of theirs who was a female as the term "she" was overheard by my partner a few times. Then the pair at your reception began to make remarks directed towards to partner which could be considered as harassment!! He was so uncomfortable with what was being said and the looks given by these two female members that he chose to wait outside for his car!! Just in case my review doesn't have the appropriate action taken to correct this behaviour, I will be sure to pass this exact message on to your general manager and DP too.
