Just left the car yard after attempting to purchase a mustang (and failed miserably) asked the sales person regarding the capped services and was referred back to the website. When my father said just to tell me the services the sales he implied that my father has to learn manners. At which point I told my father we are leaving. Worst purchasing experience of my life!

Worst customer service and warrant back up ever experienced ,i have bought 5 new fords over a period of time and they have not only damaged there reputation but have put me of ever buying a new ford ever again. Last 2 fords were from binks fottscaray and Strapp ford both of those dealers were excellent Rex Gorrell Stay away from these guys.

Purchased a new car and had it serviced at Rex Gorrell Ford, the service there is fantastic, they really do look after their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ford or getting their car serviced.

I believe I had an issue with my Territory ICC unit. Unfortunately I took my car into Ford Geelong. They would not even look at my photo of the display or offer assistance. Just said I would need to book it in for an hour in 8 days. Even when I said it may just be a fuse. Looks like the 4 kids and I have to now drive to an auto electrician to try to at least get listened to for a quote. If this is the help you can expect from Ford no wonder the automotive industry in Australia I worked for for 15 years has disappeared.
