My daughter and I had breakfast there. She is 6 and she loved the special attention she got. Even under these Covid times, they gave us an amazing dining experience. Thank you to the team who were on duty Chef Alex, Princess, Patience & Jacqueline and the manager John.

I was there for lunch and I must say the standards of safety and hygiene surpasses any expectations I had for such a high end establishment. I am so happy to say that I feel safe in the middle of this pandemic. And I’m impressed with the cleanliness. Thank you so much, I’m going for lunch again some time soon.

Staff really do need some training. Handy for meetings, rooms smaller than Sandton RB (down the road) but comfortable. Nice roof bar.

The parking space underneath though tight was enough. Proximity to the Gautrain station is a big advantage. Preparation for the conference was a bit lacking in detail. Small things like in the provision of a comfort screen for the presenter where missing. It remains however if fairly impressive conference venue.

Hotel is clean and modern. Takes long to order drinks at the bar. Maybe they need an easier process. Not every server needs to make drinks and then leave the bar to deliver to tables. Also they could ask what drink you want instead of ignoring you until they want to serve you. Or when someone finally returns to the bar from service to delivery. Also some good will on measures for spirits, I noticed under measures where given. I heard the manager say if we under measure we will get more money eventually. Also put one less scoop of ice cream will also help profits as well as smaller glasses for cocktails

I love the chilled vibe during the week and the vibe on Friday is on another level. It is amazing, they have a DJ and sometimes a live band and they just amazing.

As it is a hotel I think this is one of the best things a tourist would love as they get to have fun. Love it

Very convenient with luxury as a bonus, at an affordable rate. Car hire facilities right under the same roof with great restaurants as well. Very good value for money. Extremely close to the Gautrain station, and located in a prime spot in the business and economic hub of Southern Africa. I would recommend it to all including locals and tourists as it is convenient and affordable, yet tips towards luxury

Great location (situated across the road from the Sandton station). Very neat and friendly staff. Lovely pool and deck area with a view of the busy streets below.

I only used the restaurant and conference room. I cannot make an assessment on the hotel stay. I experienced a bit if slow service when ordering food and refreshments. The entertainment was good, offering a variety of music. The lounge area is great for relaxing in cold and warm weather. The restaurant has a buffet set and is mostly self service.

Crowded and noisy always and the rooms are very tinny but great waiting area and the bar great view over sandton area and surrounding
Especially with a great swimming pool rooftop that's amazing 😉 great location just few minutes walk to Sandton Gautrain station ,Mandela 's square and Sandton City very closer to all amenities movies and casino

Hosted a very successful media roundtable.
Food venue and staff excellent. Pricing very competitive. Personal attention to meet expectations makes me want to go back.
