Very ordinary satisfactory hotel. Convenient location. Cuisine is standard.
Tends to get very noisy at night depending on the nature of the functions being hosted and the patrons who are not familiar with acceptable hotel etiqette.
    Staff are reasonably efficient.

Great hotel, but situated in a bit shady place in town. It's safe though because I haven't encountered any difficult situation around there.

Their rooms are specious and clean, and there are supervisors always going around making sure that house keeping has been done and done well. It gets noisy though, in the morning and afternoon (peak hours) because of the cars outside. There are also no great views, there's just nothing to view and really enjoy.

Their cuisine is great. They serve a variety of food at really reasonable prices.

They have a swimming pool, always clean and ready to get you chilled after long, long day.

Next to swimming pool there's a bar with all kinds of drinks, both alcolholic and non.

There are wheelchair ramps for the physically impaired and also elevators.

It's probably not the best place to take your children because of the place it's in and that there no parks where they can play, so they'd be stuck and bored inside the hotel for the duration of the visit. The fact that it's in the CBD makes it busy outside so it wouldn't be safe for kids to go out on their own without being woried about cars. It's best for adult trips and business trips as well.

Shopping centers are a bit further when you walk, and more conveniently close when you are driving.

All in all, it's a good place to visit, maybe with adult friends and family.

I was at the hotel on the 02 Dec 2017 at the restaurant to celebrate my sons birthday and I was highly disappointed. The service from the restaurant and bar staff was very poor. No one attended to us, we ordered food that got to us after waiting. I have booked into the hotel numerous times and I left there happy and impressed but my recent experience disheartened me.

Friendly staff members from Security, receptionist and staff members. The hotel is clean and have great conferences rooms. They need to work on their OHS matters especially the ones that concerns people living with disabilities(PWD) . Their lifts were not working and that poses a challenge for PWD.

Rooms are excellent now which is a great improvement from the previous 6 years I was here. There's still room for improvement but my stay here was satisfactory.

Very basic, restaurant has problems. Breakfast omelettes not always properly done. Lunch has on occasion been problematic as the restaurant does seem to be poorly managed. Food quality at luncheons once its settled and ready is excellent. Conferencing at the hotel is good value for money.

Small cute hotel, that treated it's guests well. Small confusion when it came to checkout time but I enjoyed the buffet and swimming.

Price wise it is a cheapest Marriott's property I ever stayed at. Unfortunately some aspects of hotel reflect *cheap*, not Marriott side of things. Door fixings in the room are falling off and AC units require urgent service. When it comes to staff it is a real mix of attitudes and quality. From burly waiter who pretend to not understand and refuses to apply Marriott's policies to most helpful lady at the reception. Breakfast is OK, definitely not Marriott or even Courtyard but still OK. Internet access is a separate story While it is free (at least for Platinum members) it is still restricted to amount of data you can use so I ended up going to the reception every few days for another access voucher. Speed wise it varies significantly and in unpredictable manner. From dead slow (no way to open basic website) to moderate (one can watch YouTube video with little buffering on the beginning). The hotel offers free parking on closed yard. Gate attenders were always on duty and whole system worked smoothly. There is a nice closed area with little pool and few tables - unfortunately, during my stay, it was usually occupied by group of men smoking and shouting between themselves even if they were sitting next to each other.
