-Shower had no pressure, and no hot water
-Lifts took ridiculously long
-The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was average (sausage was off, eggs were burnt, plates were dirty)
-staff working at the buffet were rude and uninterested in what they were doing.

The toilets inside rooms are so dirty. Bedding is clean I rate it 100% absolutely very clean. The shower laces in the bath is dirty so. The toilet outside is so dirty. Really the cleaners need to take pride in cleaning. Your towels are too old. The bathroom tiles very dirty. It looks like the ladies just change bedding and toilets and leave. The wardrobe inside tiles very dirty with you visible dust. Food outstandingly delicious divine from breakfast to supper. Everything fresh.

Overpriced, walls and sheets are dirty, rooms too small, entrance is literally a parking lot. Showers took 20 minutes too heat up. People entered the room without notice. Honestly do not understand how this hotel has a 7.5 rating. Price/quality wise I would give it a 0,5/10

Need to modernize their bathrooms. You have to let your tap run for 15 minutes before you start getting some hot water.

The accommodation was terrible. I stayed in 207 and the stench was unbearable. I came out with a sinus break out. I doubt I will ever set my foot in that hotel.I could not even hang my clothes due to the smell, I worked from the suitcase. When the coordinator of our course came to check the staff was even ashamed to show her my room and lied to her. Very low class.
