They tell you to wait 2 minutes for your order in the drive thru but then you end up standing there for more almost 15 minutes. What a waste of time.

I'll give it a 0.. We got there they gave us the wrong order. No apology was given. We were standing and waited another 30 minutes for them to correct the order and even after that they still didn't say sorry or anything..

Won't bother going there again.. The burgers were burnt and the food tasted horrible 🥵👎Tomatoe on the rolls were soft 🤢 the door kept on making an irratating sound because when opening and closing it it drags on the floor 🤦♀️Compared to the other KFC franchises they have a lot of upgrading to do

Good service. The attendant was a bit stunned when my daughter started off with "how are you?" - and it took her a moment to register before she could answer. I guess its not often that clients ask the staff how they are - make their day.
We just stopped for Ice Cream and a Krusher for my daughter. In and out like in a minute.response / report this review -

They never get your order right & the drive through is the worse +-20 minute idle time👎. The chicken is darker than most other kfc's (dirty oil😷). Risk your life rather & purchase at kfc the Bishop Lavis Branch where the service & food is always done right (you might get shot🔫 but atleast you got good food from people willing to serve you)

Horrid experience. Asked for a veggie burger meal with a sprite. The lady told me there's no such thing and took 10min making a meal on the "system". Have a look at the receipt I posted. There was no sauce in my burger even though I asked to swap out the mayo for zinger sause. I got the wrong Pattie and to top it all off I got a coke instead of sprite.

The better KFC in Belhar, but really slow service at times and not always greeted with a smile. Their food is good and the drive-in is one of the best a KFC has to offer. They do tend to run out of ice cream often though.
