Due to bad booking I arrived at OR Tambo far too early in order to check-in at the hotel. I approached the desk at the Premier Hotel info booth and explained my situation. He assisted me by calling the hotel and requesting whether they could make exception to the 2pm check-in time and was told they would be happy to assist.
I was greeted happily on my arrival and all were happy to assist when checking in to the hotel. Its always reassuring when you receive a wonderful smile on the other side of the counter. The only setback was that the buffet was not available for dinner for 3 days of my stay without any reason. Besides the aforementioned setback, my stay was delightful and my room was comfortable and spacious even though it rained all through my stay.

This hotel's servicecape is absolutely beautiful. Their rooms are stunning, with colours and textures that correspond so beautifully. A personal touch of a welcome note with my name on the TV screen was just a cherry on top! Love it ❤

My favourite hotel for 1 night layovers and day rooms. Hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle every half an hour. Hotel rooms are large and comfortable, good air conditioning. People are always very friendly and I like it that you're welcomed with a drink (juice or water).

Very clean, pleasant environment. Good service and honest waiter. Waiter returned money that I overpaid without noticing. So honest staff as well

What a beautiful hotel. Incredible service. Only reason for 4 stars were that two lights in the room were not working, and one blew and cracked as soon as it was switched on - potentially dangerous. Otherwise- a luxurious, comfortable stay.

Excellent friendly service all round, warm welcoming friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Great selection in the restaurant. Also in close proximity to OR Tambo Airport with a convenient shuttle. Will definitely visit again in the future!

Nice and modern hotel. Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Close to the airport, yet you don't hear any airport noise. Really enjoyed my stay here.

This was by far the best price in the area for good accommodation. The AC was broken, staff was passive to my arrival, phone system is difficult, wifi was easy and completely open (security problems). Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there is a kitchenette type area, but no sink and no fridge, but there is a kettle and tea and coffee. Not many TV channels and hard to navigate. No channel list found. The only power socket was used by the AC unit, which was broken. Bathroom was nice.

This hotel is best of many worlds it has rooms available for hire from small to large catering for whatever function, hotel rooms of various categories available.

The pricing is great and fair compared to the rates paid at the Hotels directly situated in the airport.

The toilets are clean and tidy staff is very kind and humble. General appearance was tidy and neat. The wifi connection is just the best no security recommendation and is super fast.

There is an hourly shuttle that travels to the airport, welcome drinks on arrival.

Nice hotel with good service. Greeted with a glass of sherry upon arrival, but I don't know if this was due to a Coca Cola conference being held at the time of my stay. Plenty of friendly helpful staff.

Front desk staff were nice. Shuttle goes to the airport at every hour. Nice breakfast. Room facilities were good too.

Very cosy place with friendly and efficient staff. My stay was pleasurable and I wish I could stay longer. It is not always that one finds all these characteristics all at once. From the porters outside and the adequately manned reception, I will recommend this place at all times

Great service. Conveniently located as I had a conference at Emperor's Palace and it was a quick drive from the airport. Plenty of free parking a big plus.

We spend one night @ the Premier Hotel, the check in was quick and easy. Our bags carried into the rooms with no issues. We did not have any food at the hotel as we left early morning. I was slightly unhappy that there was not enough coffee and milk in our room. It's really airport accommodation, no fancy views or anything.

Real value for money.

The room is extremely spacious and well equiped. It has a full on suite bathroom with two basins, a shower and bath which is a real bonus.

The separate lounge even contains a large desk for those that need to work while staying at the hotel.

I very rarely post reviews but the service and experience has been so good that I felt I had to post. This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff are so helpful and genuine, the food is excellent and the rooms quiet and comfortable. When I checked in tonight I was greeted with a glass of sherry - how civilised is that! Bravo to the management and staff.
