Our stay here was very short but the room was very comfy and the shuttle service driver was super friendly. Its close to the airport and has a beautiful garden and swimming pool.

This is truly a little oasis near the airport. While you can definitely hear the airplanes overhead the grounds are beautiful and the staff excellent. They make you feel like family. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has a nice size pool and places to relax outside. While the restaurant doesn’t have an extensive selection each meal is excellently prepared and delicious. Prices are very reasonable and after a long day it is great to be able to have dinner right here rather than having to go out. I highly recommend it and will come back for sure. Thank you Aero!

Food fantastic room deco bit old but a very nice place to stay over before a long flight. Shuttle very good as well, friendly and did not have to wait long to be picked up. Very safe and clean

Beautiful room. Very friendly staff and always willing to help wherever possible. They have beautiful gardens to relax and a lovely clean pool to cool down

Awesome guest house a few minutes from the airport. The free airport shuttle is definitely a great help.
Staff are super helpful and we were made to feel at home.
This would be a great lodge for almost any trip (work, family) since they cater for various needs.
Supper was really good too - they have a braai.

Lodge near the airport. Rooms are a bit dim. No aircondition only fans.
Fridge and kettle in superior rooms.
Airport is 10 minutes away. Breakfast is filling. Dinner menu and quality are good.
Landing and taking off aeroplanes are noisy at night.

We were only at Aero Guest Lodge for a night but we really enjoyed our stay. They offered complimentary shuttle drive to and from the airport since they are located only 10 min away. The area may not be too safe for tourist but the lodge is gated which allowed us to feel really safe during our stay. We would definitely go back if we ever visit Joburg again.

Friendly kickback and enjoy the grounds. O R Tambo airport is nearby so yes you will get acquainted with the planes taking off and landing but this is the compromise if you are on a stopover. The staff are very friendly and will make you feel at home. Food menu is limited but what there is cooked to a high standard I thoroughly recommend the fillet steak it was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic.
They also run a free shuttle service to and from the airport and also excursions etc that you book. I cannot comment on the area as we were only staying the one night but sitting at the pool having a drink the outside world dissappeared.
All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Perfect for stay overnight. Friendly staff and nice bar&barbecue. Time to enjoy the swimming pool and sun bath while waiting for another flight. Very near airport.

Nice little guesthouse in the vicinity of O.R. Tambo airport. Perfect for a night before or after a flight. Good value for the price. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but clean and properly furnished. Breakfast is included, Dinner available I found it very good.

Nice small intimate lodge with Free breakfast, Free Shuttle. I had a room with 3 beds, called Family room. They provide great tours of S. Africa as well. If you take a tour with Aero Lodge, please ask for Mtembe Ishmael.

Great location, very close to airport. Free airport shuttle. Large clean room with very nice bathroom/shower. Very good food with beer/wine at on site restaurant. Helpful staff. very nice grounds/pool area. Makes for a perfect place for an overnight between flights.
