Friendly staff and a nice setting. The rooms are in an acceptable condition but the price is incredibly high. Only stayed because I was offered a discounted rate, there other hotels in the area with better rooms which are cheaper.

Centurion lake hotel has made huge improvements. Their staff are very polite and friendly. Everyone is available to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Meals are great value for money and delicious. Excellent for a quick lunch break during work. With specials for most days of the week. Will definitely be back soon.

Didn't book accommodation we booked surprise 40th birthday party. All went perfectly well. Staff was very helpful. The 3-course buffet catering was really accommodating with their selection. There were 2 other parties booked but they handled all the different crowds with respect and great customer care. I'll book it again.

Bruno's Bar seemed pleasant enough. Not many people there on a Monday afternoon - most if them having meetings. Service was reasonably quick.

Rooms are clean and tidy, but looking old.
Restaurant and food is not brilliant. Catering for tour groups rather than individuals.
Lake is more of a swamp.

Service is always good and the food is great. The rooms are always perfect and well appointed. WiFi is fast and dependable. Price for washing is also reasonable.

I went for a conference and the venue was great! Friendly staff, delicious food, clean modern toilets and the conference facility was very good. Great view and deck to have drinks.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and well ventilated. Climate control system ensured that I could get the room temperature of my choice.

I can't understand how this can be a 4 star hotel. The service in the restaurant is shocking! The food selection is poor and very expensive. The best thing about this hotel is we saw an owl perched on the roof whilst having dinner outside.

I guess you'd be in Centurion for work, not many other attractions As such, this hotel is suitable. The hotel is well located, next to a mall, overlooking a river & with a good buffet breakfast & dinner. The rooms are a little old & bathrooms need some work, but are clean.

Friendly staff were the highlight of our stay, well, that and the breakfasts by the fire. Wow, those bacon rashers were tops! Very convenient to wonderful shopping at Centurion Mall, a mere three minute walk. We as a couple, spent ten nights at this hotel. The rooms were fine but not overly impressive. Would we return? Yes.
