I replaced headrest speakers on my '92 Miata. I was very satisfied with the advice I received from the Stereo Shop as well as the quality of the speakers and installation.

They repaired our Bose radio/cd player, but unfortunately it didn't stay fixed. It was in the warranty & they were able to have it replaced. Great service & friendly staff. I highly recommend The Stereo Shop.

THERE GUY'S ARE FULL OF A NICE ATTITUDE, UNTIL U TELL THEM U ARE NOT HAPPY, I SIMPLY WANTED TWO SPEAKERS WIRED UP, I HAD WIRE IN PLACE, STRIPPED SO THEY WERE READY FOR CONNECTOR'S, AND A R.E.M. WIRE CONNECTED TO POWER ANTENNA WIRE WHICH IS HOT WHEN KEY IS ON. WELL THEY REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO USE THAT WIRE, THEY WANTED TO GET DEEPER INTO MY POCKETS. I'M NOT A STUPID MAN, IVE GOT AN EDUCATION, AND KNOW HOW TO FRABCATE A RACE CAR CHASSIS, SO I'M NOT A PUSHOVER EITHER. SO AFTER 20-30 MINUTES IN THE CLEAN NICE SHOP,I WAS TOLD ONE RADIO WAS NO GOOD, NO SOUND FROM RADIO, OK SO I HAD A BACKUP SONY EXPLOD, JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT, SAID RADIO ONLY WORKED ON ONE CHANNEL,OUT OF FOUR. RIGHT@ LEFT FRONT, RIGHT @ LEFT REAR. SO LEFT REAR WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKED. BUT I NEVER HEARD IT. AFTER I PAID MY BILL 23-25$. I WENT TO MY CAR STARTED TO LEAVE, NO SOUND, I LOOKED AT IT, SEEMS LIKE I'M A FOOL, I WAS PISSED OFF SO BAD THAT I HAD TO VACATE OR SHOW MY ASS. WHEN I CALLED THEM HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME 10$ OFF A PAIR OF JVC 41/2 SPEAKERS FOR THE DOOR'S IN FRONT. AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY MISS DIAGNOSED MY ISSUES WITH THESE RADIOS, THE ONE THAT WAS NO WAS GOOD AS A CD PLAYER, RADIO DOES NOT. AND WORKS ON ALL FOUR THRU CD PLAYER ONLY, NOW THIS IS A NO GOOD UNIT PERIOD IS THEIR WORDS.SO A BUDDY CHECKED OUT THEM AND SAID THAT THE UNIT THAT WORKED ON ONE CHANNEL WAS MISDIAGNOSED., AS RIGHT FRONT AND LEFT FRONT WORK RIGHT REAR DIDN'T. SO IF THEY HAD OFFERED ME A PAIR OF JVC FOR TEN DOLLARS OFF WHAT HE TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THIS MORNING, ON TOP OF THE TWENTY ODD DOLLARS THAT I SPENT AT BLAKE'S BUSINESS, I WOULD NOT HAVE POSTED A NEGATIVE REVIEW. GREEDY PEOPLE NEVER WIN, ASK CHARLIE SHEEN, A HUGE FOOL, BLAKE THIS IS NOT A GREAT WAY TO DO. BUSINESS PERIOD. YOU BASICALLY RIPPED ME OFF. AND I'M GOING TO TELL AS MANY AS POSSIBLE.SO U CAN'T KEEP BLOWING SMOKE UP MY SKIRT TRYING TO SAIL MY BOAT. ITS SINKING FAST AND U CAN BY GIVING ME WHAT I WANT. I DON'T LIKE PPL WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO TRUST WHAT YOU SAY. MOST OF WHAT U HAVE TOLD ME IS UR NOT CONCERNED ABOUT MY ISSUES WITH THE WAY YOU ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF. I HOPE THAT U SURVIVE.

Charles Bellia has been installing car radios and speaker systems in our vehicles for over 8 years. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars, and to give us the best deal, and the best service. The prices are reasonable, the work is superb, and the products are always top notch. Mr. Bellia knows and keeps up with the latest technology and devices. If you are not sure what you need, he will be able to offer suggestions and different options. I will drive the hour and a half from Charlotte to visit his shop if I need anything.

A CD had been stuck in my Mustang's Shaker 500 system for over a year. The radio still worked, so it's a problem I put on the back burner all this time. The downside was, if we went on vacation or the car wasn't used for a week, the battery needed charging.

Ford recommended The Stereo Shop and I made arrangements to bring it in yesterday. Because they really don't know what they're faced with until they have the system taken apart, we thought it may be a couple/few hours to fix. But I got in there, they removed the system, fixed the problem and had everything back together in about an hour!

I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone there was so very friendly and helpful, and the work they did was so professional and quick. I highly recommend The Stereo Shop for your automotive stereo needs and repairs.

I had previously had work done at the store on a stereo and speakers. The products were under warranty. I came back to have them fixed. Turned out I had a speaker wire that was broken. I asked them how much it would cost to fix. They said it would be one hour of work which was $63. I agreed. However the exceeded the work time by a half hour. This wouldn't be that bad except the price difference. I had to pay $107 dollars with tax. I needed the work done, but had the given me an honest estimate about the time that it would have taken I would have told them to do it. They had been quite busy (working on 3 other cars to be exact), and the technician had to go to the front desk on several occasions. A $107 dollar repair for something I don't need right now was not what not what a college student needs. To top it all off, their card reader wouldn't accept my card, so I had to go across the street to withdraw some money (which worked just fine by the way).

Based off the other reviews I read that other people have posted, it seems that they would fall in line into what I would expect, although I'm sure that the owner will reply to this and mention how it was "embellished the story to fit a negative review". I understand that things can take longer than they said they would. But given the fact that it's $63 an hour for labor, please be more exact. There's a big difference from $63 to $107 (tax included). If you had been honest and told me it would take that long, than I would have respectfully declined.

If you are looking for parts for your car stereo, they will likely have it. However, with the variability of their labor estimates, I would look into doing the work yourself.
