I visit this vet quite often. Staff is friendly and doctors and quite often. One of my cats has multiple herredittery issues and the doctors each were able to get these issues under control and provide assistance each time a problem occurs. Recommended 110%

I have been going to Dr Truban for about 8 years now. I honestly don't know what I would do without him, Dr Maravich and the wonderful vet techs and office staff. My 14 year old hound mix got really sick in Feb. and Dr Truban was out of the office. Dr Maravich looked her over and she was in critical condition. Dr Truban dropped what he was doing and came in to look at Sheba. Unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do for her so he stayed at the office and put her to sleep for me.

This past weekend my little special needs dog was very sick. Dr Truban wasn't on call but he called me on Sunday morning to give me advice on how to treat her condition.

I have never been turned away for an appointment either. If I have a sick dog they make room that day for my baby to be seen. My dogs love everyone there and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I started off thinking highly of the veterinarian and staff at Mt Airy Animal Hospital, that was until I had an emergency Sunday evening due to the medications THEY had her on causing her to bleed internally!!!! I called left messages and BEGGED and BEGGED them to help. Telling them my Roxie won't make it through the night!! After one non caring return call saying no one can see her bring her in the morning I had to call back. Things were dire!! This time crying pleading begging and nothing. Not a call back at all.

THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE AND COPLETE DISREGARD TO CUT THE DANG ANSWERING MACHINE OFF!!!

An hour later my baby died. I cannot explain the pain and grief I'm feeling!!! I haven't eaten since, can't stop crying. Begging God or anyone to bring her back. Silly as it may sound to some, I would have given my life for hers.

To think that if the veterinarians everywhere cared for our animals as much as they do money!!!!
she may still be alive.

I could still be holding her. Especially seeing as how she's gone because of their ignorance and neglect!!! . Ill never forget this the pain it takes my breathe away. I love you ROXIE with all that I am. If love could have saved you I'd still have u with me I'm sorry I failed you. 😪😭

I have encountered many vets in my life, and have never been so impressed and pleased as I was with Dr. Maravich. Her bedside manner is impeccable, and her breadth of knowledge and ability to explain things in accessible language is a rare and wonderful quality indeed. This woman really knows her science, and she knows also how to be compassionate with pet and person alike.
The entire staff at this office is absolutely amazing. I am always treated with deep kindness and patience, no matter how busy or hectic things seem to be.
