Amazing you advertise something online but once we show up, nobody knows what we are talking about. Over priced, slow service, untrained employees and false advertising!!! We won’t ever be back here or recommend this place to anyone else.
went there and staff were very friendly. it was pretty busy in there and they only had 3 staff working. asked for bumpers on our lane and didn’t get them after 40 minutes. went to ask again and he said he’d set them up, never got them. asked again and still never got them. ordered nine napkin nachos and didn’t get them till 45 minutes after ordering after asking several times when the nachos would be ready. nachos supposed to come with numerous items on it such as guacamole and jalapeños and pico and other stuff. when i finally received nachos it only had cheese and chili on it. wasted $10 for nothing
Hands down the best looking place you can go to bowl. The games are fun, the environment is great, and the food is pretty good too.
First noticed it was very clean inside. Appeared well kept. Friendly staff. Helpful. Just seems to not be enough of them working.or too spread out. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to get to the counter to get startedand we were only the second group of bowlers in the whole building. I love coming here and bringing my kiddo on weekdays. Much better rates during weekdays than the weekend. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
One of the best bowling alleys I've ever been to. All the staff was very nice and professional. Prices were a little on the upper end but the experience was great. I liked the fact that you could get food brought to your lane. This really helps by not having your game interrupted when playing with many people. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.
Lot of pool tables, belong lanes. Very loud and only cosmic bowling. Lots of lanes and comfy seats. Food and drinks available
my wife and i love this place. great AFFORADBLE food, drinks and games. also have an arcade and a pool room!
Enjoyed bowling with the family but it was expensive.
Cost over $6 per game and over $5 for shoes.
So 1 game was over $40 Sunday.
I liked the equipment and the lighting choices.
You could bowl under black lights on the right or regular lights on the left side.
I would suggest going on a cheaper night since they have specials during the week.
Awesome place for a night out!! Definitely try to reserve a lane ahead if you're going on a weekend night, but the atmosphere and late hours are perfect.
they started a new pricing policy where you don't know how much you owe until you're finished. they charged us for 9 games so our kid could bowl 3. it's was about $80. the only plus I have is the bartender that is always happy to help me out with a smile.
Lanes in good shape, however, the rest of the facilities could use a good cleaning. Chips, food, crumbs etc on the floor.
The rates were great for a Sunday night ($5/person, included shoes, unlimited games)! But the ball selection was slim, leaving a few of us to "make do" with a ball not suited for us.
The only thing I liked coming here was the huge Pac man machine in the arcade. Other than that it was over priced, nasty, and the employees didn't care about any customers. They argued amongst themselves while ignoring their customers. I'll go to Statesville if I feel the desire to bowl anymore. I'll never be back here.
I love bowlingHowever, I do not like this place. Congratulations on consistently providing the poorest service in the area, which goes hand in hand with everything being way overpriced. Management has obviously checked out and therefore the employees don't care. Shout-out to Brianna who works here, without her I would be way more unhappy. At AMF the lanes are somewhat maintained, but other than that there is never an employee around when you need one. If you're going to bowl I recommend Creekside Lanes on Peters Creek Parkway where the service is great and there is far more bang for your buck.
