Jason was very professional but also very personable. Buying a new car is, obviously, a huge financial investment so I certainly appreciated Jason's assistance in determining which vehicle would best meet my needs. After I took the CRV home, I realized there was a significant amount of new technology that I was not familiar with. Jason sat in the car with me to show me how to download my phone info, how to play books on my iPad through the car stereo system, etc. He still, after a year, has told me that I'm welcome to come in to see him with any additional questions.

I knew exactly what I was looking foradvertised special for a lease. John knew the very ad, understood completely and didn't try selling me on anything else. He presented me with options, keeping it straight-forward and comfortable. The communication was efficient (over a weekend) and he made himself available, in a tight window, to get my new car tour and financing DONE. I got the picture standing, smugly, with my newly leased Civic sent to my inbox and couldn't be more pleased. It's a base model, not the most exciting drive; nonetheless, I'm working to make it a driver's car. I'll laugh all-the-way to the bank for the VERY good deal on the car, insurance, mileage and limited required maintenance over the course of the lease. Not on twitter, so however futile, here goes

I just bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si from Zimbrick and I had a great experience. Jason H was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even staying late to show me all the features. I bought my last Honda from Zimbrick and I plan to go back when it's time to trade this one in too!

Update: Tom was responsible for not having the car ready. They figured out the check engine light was due to a faulty gas cap and ordered one no charge. I'm still surprised this wasn't taken care of as it was all over the repair manifest.

I've been coming here for 15 years. I brought the car in for a oil gasket and new breaks. They were also supposed to replace the headlight that the body shop broke the last time I went to the body shop. 2 days later they still haven't fixed the headlight. When I went to leave the shop the cars check engine light was on. Obviously I was upset and I asked to speak to the manager. Greg decided shouting at me in the lobby was his way of dealing with the issue. Greg refused to apologize or own up to the problem until I was walking out the door. If you want good service go elsewhere, I'm appalled by the way I was treated.

UPDATE:
3 years later and we're still happy with the used vehicle we purchased at Zimbrick!

My partner and I bought our first car together at Zimbrick and it was a GREAT experience. I felt that the salespeople really listened to us when we told them what we needed and what our budget was and they found the perfect car for us. It was a completely "no-pressure" ordeal and they were even kind enough to offer us a lunch while we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed since we were there over the lunch hour. We've been driving this car now for 5 months with zero problems.

In addition to their great sales department, their service department is just as stellar. When I was in a car accident and needed our other car to be repaired, I sent it to Zimbrick Auto Body. They department there was very patient and understanding about waiting for the insurance company check to come through and our car looks good as new now.

If anyone in Madison asks me where to take their car for service or where they can buy a new car, I will always recommend Zimbrick first. It's the best customer service that I've received in years from a company in any industry.
