Great place to watch movies!!! Its a great discount theater to get in and a huge concession stand with a slushi machine, they sell cotton candy too. Tuesdays they have 5 dollar matinees,memberships are free and comes with free buttered popcorn and buttered flavored salt with the card they also offer $2 hotdogs. you can ask for extra butter on it,I didn't get charged so I doubt anyone else will😉they also have a dining theater but I don't know how that works

Friendly and helpful staff, great reward program, and (since we have been visiting this theater for over a year) no problems with other customers in the theater. I especially love the assigned seating - you can buy tickets a few days ahead, no waiting in line outside a theater for a new release & hoping for a good seat!
The seats in all the theaters mechanically recline; Tuesdays are $5 shows; all new releases as well as special events.

I love the $5 Tuesdays. It's about the only good time to go for a movie. True, it's not as nice as going on a non-school night, but on the other hand -- it's $5. Plus, it's a nice theatre with good seats.

Going to see a movie in the theater is now worth the cost of the movie.

Full service bar and restaurant are now available.

The dream lounger chairs are great. You can watch a movie while being full reclined, and not have to worry about kicking the seat in front, or have the seat behind kick you. All seating is also chosen, so you no longer have to worry about those weird "this seat is saved" moments.

Awesome renovations over the past year!

Very clean and up kept cinema. I watched a movie and reaped the benefits of being a member of their rewards program which comes in handy and offers a bit discount on many of the items that would otherwise be full price. I also want in on a Tuesday matinee and enjoyed a new movie at a discount price. That way you can definitely take advantage of being a member of their rewards program. I enjoyed my time and the side of the cinema isn't too big but it's a nice cozy place to take a date. The seating is excellent with mechanized seats to encourage full comfort with your parter while watching a movie. It was a great time for my family and I. I recommend it if you're looking to watch a grand new movie without the price being an issue. It can be a little pricey for some things, but I understand it takes money to make movies

A well equipped and clean movie theater, with fancy reclining seats. We've gone to Marcus for nearly every movie since moving to Madison. Much better than AMC, and cheaper. Highly recommend for any future movie nights

If I go to see a movie these days, I insist on seeing it in the reclining comfy chairs at the Marcus Point Cinema! The theater was neat and clean and the help behind the treats counter was very polite. (They actually appeared to like working there!) I also like to see a movie in the bistro section. There is nothing like having a loaded plate of nachos while enjoying a movie! (And a cocktail too.)

The only issue with the bistro is the higher cost of the food. That being said, the quality and flavors of the food are very good. Also, the portion sizes are more than adequate to satisfy anyone's appetite.

After writing this now, I think I just talked my self into a movie and a plate of nachos!

Since the remodel from a few years ago a great place to see movie. Adding a full service bar is great. The up keep of the place as been very good. Can't beat $5 Movie Tuesdays a awesome deal to catch a flick.

Love this theater. The food is great, the movies are awesome, and the staff is really nice, They have leather seats in (I think) all the theaters which is a major plus considering how comfy it is. The soda fountain has a wide variety. The bathrooms are extremely clean. The staff are so nice, they joke around and are always in a good mood. I do wish they would bring back the arcade they used to have, tho it is not that big of an issue that it is worth losing a star over.

What a great theatre! Comfortable seats, friendly staff, and an awesome bar with excellent service! I have always had a fine time at any Marcus Theatre. Point Cinema is a clean, and welcome theatre to relax and catch a film!

I went to see John Wick 2. As many of us could hear the previews, nothing on the screen was showing, It took some time for someone to actually do something about it. There were a couple people that left to go tell someone but still nothing was done. I went and told someone but it seemed the person I told was finding his cellphone more important than taking the initiative to go tell someone (again). I am a Rewards Member and was sent a review. I did complete the review but nothing was done as far as a follow up or reimbursement. Chances are I won't be visiting this establishment much, if ever, anymore.

We love this place! Chairs are very comfortable, leather, and reclining! Very spacious seats too, good concessions, and you get to pick your seat in advance (so don't wait to buy your tickets)!

It's hard to give a full 5 stars to a movie theater with today's ticket and concession prices. But nearly all movie theaters have these kinds of prices now. This place stands above others because it is a very cool place with great quality screens, sound and recliner seating. The restaurant/bar, while maybe being a bit steeply priced, is very cool to hang out in before or after a movie. But more importantly, the people there are very cool and very nice. The management especially.
