We came here in October and loved the many plants and flowers still blooming! The Thai pavilion is incredible. There are many options for individuals who may not be able to walk long distances, including golf-cart tours and wheelchairs to rent.

I am embarrassed to say I have lived in Madison many years and have never been to Olbrich Gardens before today. It was magical and truly rejuvenated my soul after a stressful work week. The volunteers were patient and knowledgeable. I will be making Olbrich Gardens one of my top destinations!

Been to several botanical gardens around the country and this is probably the best. Even for those of us who are not flower people this is a great way to spend some time. And leave a donation as this place should be encouraged and rewarded for the future generations to enjoy.

Olbrich Garden is a great place to be! They have an exotic collection of plants in a controlled temperature environment and you get to see many different kinds of plants and birds. The rose garden and Thai garden is pretty good too. Nature-lovers will love this place! Great place to spend your time at. Go during fall to see amazing cherry blossoms and tulips in full bloom.

A little piece of paradise. Beautifully presented at every turn something wonderful to see. Presently everything is blooming and bursting with greenness. Hundreds of shades of green with hundreds of colorful flowers. Great places to sit in solitude. Bring a camera or your phone - you will take a picture you would like on your wall.

Olbrich Gardens is an extremely beautiful during the summer and spring, and a visit is definitely warranted. I particularly suggest going during the Blooming Butterflies exhibit, an absolutely wonderful experience and really fun for all ages.

Let's start off with some transparency, I'm a paid member of Olbrich Botanical Gardens - I like it that much. But even if you're passing through town or live in Madison and just want to check out a jungle in USDA Zone 5, the glassed in conservatory is a great getaway. ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER.

Even if you're a winter snow sport fan, what are the worst parts of winter? Ice to slip on, snow to dig, and air that makes your face hurt. For the $3 admission, get away from it all and wander through a warm, humid, lush, tropical rain forest. The paths are well designed and give the feeling of it being much larger than the actual footprint. Benches allow for lingering, and signs tell the story of many of the plants.

I often go there to read - there is no rush. I highly recommend stopping once or, especially in the winter, making it a regular part of your (local) snowbird getaway.

Olbrich Botanical Gardens is the place to go. The gardens are bursting with plants aplenty, from an Herbal Garden to the Rose Garden to the Sunken Garden. Also, there is plants with influences from all around the world. There are plants from Africa, China, Japan, the Americas, and more. We've seen weddings being held here, with good reason! It is so beautiful, we spend hours here. Every year they also hold a butterfly exhibit. Olbrich is family friendly. Best of all, it's free. That's what I said- free. Please make a donation in the donation box! It's worth every cent.

Went to gleam with my girlfriend. Best date idea if you are looking for one. Even when gleam isn't happening, there is so much to see, and history behind the place. Its relaxing, and had a mini bar ;)

It's worth the time to spend there. Plenty of parking and the representatives there are really friendly. We will be coming back again without a doubt.
