Individually owned units. Some renovations have made some really decent units. Some very poorly maintained though. Hallways not very nice or well kept. Does have cockroachs. Or renovated unit had many that lived in the new kitchen. Was reduced over time with help from maintenance staff using proper prevention techniques. They are being drivin from unit to unit usually during renovations to establish a new nest.
Beautiful place very close to Disney and Universal. The conference center has an indoor snow tubing ride that is awesome, I believe they are there from Nov to Jan every year.
This is an older condo but it's located close to Disney. It's clean and well maintained. They advertised a breakfast buffet but there isn't one. Other than that everything else was as advertised.
The condos are in a good location but do need some updating. I noticed some issues with the wall coverings and some standing water outside the building where I stayed. There was a man in the entrance of my building my first evening who questioned and berated me.over using the luggage rack. He made me uncomfortable and the front desk had already closed for the night and no number was shared for security. I stayed 4 days and the rest of the stay was uneventful. It was nice to have a kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't a way to control temperature, so I was either cold or warm. The pool area looked inviting and we'll cared for.
It's very close to Disney and all Disney parks are less than 7 miles away. Universal and Sea World are less than 20 minutes.
Nice room - the rooms are privately owned and rented either through Airbnb or some other rental program. Some units are updated and maintained well and some units are not. You can look at their individual room photos & reviews then determine the price and look you want to stay.
Front Desk are open 8am to 8pm.
Free parking - parking pass is required. Tip : If you arrive after the front desk is closed, leave a note with your name & unit number on the dashboard so they won't give you a parking ticket.
Don't miss out $8 all you can eat breakfast buffet!
Stayed here through a Different site. Totally worth it. Rooms were so clean. The pool was clean. Barely any kids. Rooms were quite. Best experience.
Very nice apartment!
It would've been nicer if the let-out couch bed had a better mattress. Also newer towels would be nice. The towels were old, worn and hard. It's a good thing we brought our own washcloths. Other then that It was nice. Nice home feel, instead of being cramped in a hotel!
Loved our stay here. We had a beautiful suite.
Good location near the Disney theme parks. Thin walls. Older facility
Decent affordable stay near Disney. The unit was spacious, but it (furniture, appliances, floors, walls) felt old and could use some replacing. There were also some bugs present.
We stayed in a room at the the palms for a week long trip. This was for both attending Disney parks and a work conference. The room was a privately owned and rented condo. It was clean, and reasonably well appointed for the price. The location was a little bit out of the way requiring Uber, or a rented car to get anywhere of interest. The pool was clean and pleasant. The main downside was the thickness of the walls which meant significant sound cake into the room from hallways and the outdoors.
