They are the rudest nail place ever!!! Don't even bother spending money here. The only nice one there is a lady who was pregnant the rest of them are terrible.

The absolute worst experience ever in a nail salon. The male staff person was so rude, proceeded to do my toe polish change with an attitude. Then passed me off to a female to do my nail fill and eye brows.
When it was time to pay, he began yelling at her in thier language. She angrily came to me with my change and informed me that he did my toe polish and both of them need a tip. I should not have tipped him at all for is rude behavior. I gave her a tip for both of them and she was clearly not pleased with the amount. Unreal. She did not give me a chance, still holding my change and demanding I tip both of them. I have never seen such rude, obnoxious behavior in a salon in my life. My regular salon, 5 Star in Colonie will get a bigger tip from now on. I appreciate thier great service so much more now. I only tried this Wondernail Spa on a recommendation. My regular place 5 star nails on colonies was closed so I had to settle. Okay customer service. Nice hand/back massage and cuticle clean. Poor nail design had to keep redoing a very simple design. I will go wait for my store to open next time.

I have a very stressful job. So I was told to go to this place and get a "Happy Feet" to help with the stress. I walked in and was immediately met with a smile. I asked for what I wanted and was put in a room with my wife and we enjoyed a nice green tea foot soak and then a massage of the arms, chest, back and shoulders. Then they massaged our legs and feet in a total of 45 minutes. All that for $24.99, you can't go wrong with the that!

After a terrible manicure and French anc which is way over priced they complained about the tip we left. What a joke this place is. Go somewhere else for a better quality service for less money! Really deserves negative stars.

I went to wonder nail and spa two nights ago for a mani pedi. Not even 24 hours later my nails started to chip. I wasn't doing anything that would cause this to happen. I went back the next night to have them fixed. This morning when I looked at my nails they had chipped even more. Never going back here again. Wish there was a zero star rating.

Horrible. Rude. Try to steal my money. I gave him 20 dollars after a foot massage (which was nice) and an (awful) full set, and asked for change, it was closing time and kind of hectic, all of a sudden I was being motioned to go brocade my nails were dry, I asked where my change was and he looked around like I was nuts, threw his hands in the air all mad and had to go to the register and get it. It was definitely on purpose. Never again.
