My girls and I just love this place. We all come together and get treated professionally and respectfully from the receptionist to the stylists and all the instructors. So grateful a spa I can afford and be able to share with my girls ages 12, 10, & 8. They love it as much a I do. Thank you to all the instructors and stylists you're amazing.

Got an absolutely awful haircut here, and it's entirely the fault of the instructor. The stylist in training wanted to use scissors for the top of my hair, which I asked her to leave at an inch and a half. Her instructor insisted that a #6 clipper was appropriate. I was left with just under half an inch of hair on top, and looking up clippers and their corresponding lengths online, this is exactly what a #6 is designed for. The stylist did her best to salvage the cut, and I suspect it will grow out to look okay, but for the next week or two I'll be wearing baseball caps. I would not recommend this as a place to get your haircut unless you know enough of the terminology to insist on what you actually want, and I would most definitely not recommend going here as a student; they were mistreated and mislead about proper technique.

I walked in the door and was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. My stylist came to find me right on time and treated me with the utmost consideration, while answering all of my (a lot!!!) questions. I am planning to see her one more time for treatments before she takes her skills out west. Congratulations Paul Mitchell for helping this young woman develop her skills and explore passion!

Got a great cut and color today, so in love with it. Not the first time I've come here and they've done a great job. Highly recommended for a cheap and quality cut/color!!

I loved getting cut, colored, and styled here! I went from long hair to a shorter, layered look with violet to red-violet balayage! Not only am I happy about my hair, but everyone there was so friendly! Shout out to my perfect, future-professional, wizard-with-hair stylist, Osman, for everything :)

First time getting my hair done at Paul Mitchel school and I LOVE IT!!! Nikki Cermak did an amazing job doing a trim, layer, and blow out and definitely recommend requesting her if you need a cut!! :)

I just moved up here and was in search of a new salon. I researched Paul Mitchell on Google and saw great reviews, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I absolutely loved coming here to get my hair done! I was a model for my sister when she was in cosmetology school, so this was already familiar to me. I don't like to be rushed, so a learning student taking their time was perfect. I had Han and she was such a sweetheart! She was very thorough and careful, which I really appreciated. When she washed my hair, she massaged my head as well, which was as nice touch. Also, the whole process was so affordable for a tight budget! I am extremely satisfied with my haircut and the highlights look great!!! Everyone there was so nice and made me feel amazing and beautiful! I also liked learning the techniques and terms they learn as well. Definitely recommend this salon!!!

Keep in mind when making an appointment that these are learning students.
Scheduled an appointment for a perm, and my stylist was very unprepared/careless. Removed curlers before neutralizer was put in, so the whole hour long process was a waste of time.
However, 5+ stylists came together to salvage what was left of the perm. Curls are definitely not as tight as I wanted them to be, and it's already falling flat.
Usually I have very good experiences here. I will definitely return despite one iffy experience. I am very thankful of the stylists who helped fix/save what was left!
Other than that one situation, this salon is all around very neat, orderly, and put together. Very friendly and understanding staff.response / report this review
