I rarely do reviews. However this place is just terrible. I expect a facial to be masks, deep cleanse. It was none of that. I left feeling terrible. I have very sensitive acne skin. Therefore I told the lady specifically no rough exfoliant. She scrubbed My face with exfoliant and used a burning towel to very roughly wiped it off. Then she extracted my acnes. During which, she commented on my skin saying 'oh my god, this is terrible'. I was humiliated. I knew my skin was terrible and that's why I went to do a facial! Anyways, after the extration, she used one moisturizer and it was over. No mask was used at all. after we finished, she left the room for me to change, I took about 3 mins and she started knocking on the door saying 'I'm waiting for you to take you upstairs'. At that point I was just frustrated.

Avoid red and white spa on west 56 street. I purchased a Groupon for multiple services including massage, facial and manicure. When I asked the masseuse to stop poking me, she said she didn't do Swedish massage. When I tried to reschedule the massage, the front desk was not aware of company policies for rescheduling and as a result I lost my massage appointment. Rip off.

ASK FOR YOLANDE! This spa has great services at an AMAZING value. I've now had two facials and a pedicure there and it's become my go to spot! Yolande Spalding did my last facial and she was amazing.. she's extremely experienced and informative about what and why she's doing as she walks through the treatment (I ask a lot of questions!). She ended up putting me on an entire new skin regime! I will definitely be returning and recommending her to all of my friends.

Love love love!! My first experience getting eyelash extensions and it was so easy and relaxing!! I was running a few minutes late but they didn't rush through the process at all and offered me champagne/cookies!!! Love the way they look and it feels like they aren't even there! Definitely going back! Anastasia did mine and she was super nice and my lashes came out perfect!

My girls and I had a great time at Red and White Spa. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, greeted with some chocolate and champagne. We had massages and our facials done. The service was great, we felt right at home. My masseuse, Tarsha was the absolute best. Our conversation and the massage itself was more than what I can ask for. The location is clean and well kept. I will be returning for another pamper session with my girls soon.

Where do I start..the service is great. I have nothing bad to say about Andrea and Beverly. They are WONDERFUL at what they do!!!!!! BUT the way the manger and the people at the first desk treat there customers is the reason I will not be going back. I believe the people at the front should be extra trained and given the same info. They tell you one thing over the phone and in person its something totally different. Every time I went I always had a problem making my next appt, buying my packages and using a red and white gift card that was given to me. As beautiful as this place is, unfortunately their customer service is not a reflection of there establishment. such a disappointment. I was a loyal customer who referred many of my clients but enough is enough.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service (from the manager to the entire front desk team) and really great staff. The front desk consistently professional while checking you in/out, booking and confirming appointments.
The Massage Therapists was amazing and I really enjoyed it. Takes care to get the pressure right and to focus on specific problem areas while still making the experience relaxing.response / report this review -

Fantastic! Lovely staff (Gita G is great) and excellent foot massages. I love that they give you shoulder massages while your polish dries. I will definitely be back there!

Loved my masseuse, but the place is kind of cold, machine-like. The person who did my facial didn't seem to care - was just going through the motions. At one point, she didn't say anything, but just left and didn't come back for a while - and I wasn't in a stage of the facial where something needed to sit/wait. :/

My boyfriend & I went into the one in soho. We did the Valentine's package which included a couples massage for 50 minutes & 2 glasses of champagne & chocolate. The staff was very professional, welcoming & friendly. The massages itself was great. We left feeling brand new & with intentions on returning here. I truly recommend the massage to anyone.

So I've been coming here for almost ten years.i have to admit, tried a couple other places over the years but I ALWAYS COME BACK HERE & I ALWAYS BRING MY NEWBIES HERE!!! (WITH GOOD REASON!) just had my 40th + visit and Anna is the love of my life!!! This woman didn't miss one hair! Got Another successful Brazilian bikini wax!!! These chicks are super professional barely felt a thing!!! PS the front desk concierge was awesome!!! A real people person!
