I requested info when i was 17, when i had 1 month of HS school left. I was basically told to call back when I graduate. So, I did. I requested more information for the cosmetology program in June 2016 and a lady named Jennifer emailed me, saying- and i quote- "I will be in touch in a couple months." Which made me feel like crap- am I not good enough for this school?! It's February 2017still no email from her. I requested information ONCE AGAIN for their cosmetology course 2 weeks ago- I JUST want information!! I've heard nothing yet. Very unprofessional and upsetting for mefor years I have fantasized going to this school. I'll be calling Paul Mitchell soon. Even if someone from Austin's decides to call, not worth it to me.

Went there for information because it was on my way home they were rude and uninformative. Almost like looking down on peopleat the front desk of the admission office.

Horrible school. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and superficial. I don't like this instructor named Brandy, that fat b***h has a horrible attitude and she belittles ppl. I had to quit b/c I didn't want to catch a charge of aggravated assault behind her. She is rude, has a horrible attitude, and a damn bully. I only went 3/mo and I owe damn near 10gs!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY for your own good b/c it's a rip off and it's not worth the time and energy waisted. They screw over ppl and take their money and I should've listened when ppl were saying not to go b/c I was taking a huge risk. The study area is small and the environment is full of ppl who were in and out of jail, convicts, etc. Remember, you can always get an education somewhere else.

This school sucks. I attended Austin's last semester and it was the most unprofessional environment I have ever experienced. The staff were not properly trained and the administration is full of idiots. There isn't even a poke stop at this college, and there are no gyms nearby. If you're looking to waste your money and time Austin's is the perfect 'school' for you.

I attended Austin all of 3 months and it was the worse experience I have ever had with a school. Unprofessional staff from the teaching staff to administration. I quit after a month because I could not talk to the same person concerning financial aide or counseling and they talked me into coming back, saying it would get better and it did not. Now I have to pay them $700. for the kit I guess because I did not learn much.
