What an expensive disappointment! The receptionist is rude and dismissive and the owner is ridiculous and makes inappropriate remarks. If you complain about something you do not like about what she has done with your hair, she snaps at you, telling you she does "not like your chi." I was also told that my cut and permanent color would cost $90. After the owner cut and colored my hair, she charged me over $150! To add insult to injury, the color job she did was so pathetic, it did not set in and disappeared after one wash! Save your money. There are other better, less expensive places.

Disappointing Experience. My son was married in Canandaigua, so we searched online for a salon with good reviews to do our hair and makeup for the wedding. Mother of the Groom, two bridesmaids and the flower girl. As it turned out, the hair was done OK for stylists we didn't know, but we ordered and confirmed the "bridesmaid package" for 3 adults, which included Hair and Make-up. However, we did not have a make-up appointment..so they said. What other "bridesmaid package" is there????? We left with less than one hour to get to the hotel, dress, apply our own make-up and make it to the wedding on timeThe stylists were OK, but the receptionist was quite rude, when we asked what happened, since we had spoken with them 3 days before to confirm the appointment, she just said we didn't make the correct type of appointment??? Would not recommend this salon. Does no one have manners?? Even a simple, "I am sorry we misunderstood" would have gone a long way!

I've been going to the ICON Salon & Spa for years now….It's a fabulous time every time I walk through the door.You are always greeted warmly and made to feel so welcome. "Daisie", where do I begin?…She is my stylist, my beauty consultant and has become such a wonderful friend. I'm one who has always changed salons, just because I like change, I get bored…but not here. I've been here for years and I can Always count on Daisie to "create" something fun & new when i'm in the mood. She is a true artist, The whole salon is warm, yet professional, creative and so talented. I have had facials, massages,and just had a manicure yesterday. All their services and products I know I can count on to be excellent! I've seen some transformations in some clients looking for a very much needed change, that would blow your mind.

when you visit ICON Salon it's an EXPERIENCE…..you can get "just a haircut" anywhere.

Daisy has been my hairdresser/beauty consultant for years!!! More than I would like to admit - and I have trusted her to make all of my hair care decisions relating to cut, color, products - you name it. She has never steered me wrong - on the contrary - I look better at the age of 40 than I ever have. She has an amazing eye - and I am now bringing my 3 year old son to her. He tends to be on the shy side - but not with Daisy! She is wonderful with me - she is wonderful with my son and going to her salon is a treat.
