Waste Management is an excellent company. After I bought my house, I called to switch the service to my name. The woman helping me was able to do it immediately, and since the property already had a garbage tote, they didn't require me to buy a new one. The pricing is very competitive, the service is always excellent, and all communications are concise and understandable.

I'm very disappointed that WM only offers the same size tote for recycling that they use for regular garbage collection. I don't have room for 2 huge containers in my garage. I'm considering switching companies that offer the smaller totes.

Expensive? Yes. Reliable, accommodating and easy to work with? Yes. I have used WM off and on over the last 6 years or so. Each time I try to save $ by going with a competitor, I regret it. WM allows for such easy bulk pick up solution and I rarely get socked with extra charges for such things. Now, they have large wheeled totes for recycling and even provided me with a second one since I recycle a lot. Additionally, IF you can get through (it used to be much easier to do this), you'll find their customer service team to be outstanding (usually).

I've been impressed numerous times by WM. We recently moved into our new home and they have been excellent with removing extra trash we had after the move. They've come back for bigger items a couple times. They have been friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. Very pleased with their service so far.

My daughter & I are disabled. We have difficulty moving our cans & extra trash so we pay for walk in service. The service guys are always polite, they always put my trash cans back upright. They take everything we have put out for trash pickup. They are awesome!
