All four weeks from December 8 up to the present my trash were never picked up. Trying calling them? You'll be put on hold for hours. Unfortunately, I went out of the country and the time differences of 12 hours is not helping. As soon as I get home today 12/30.2022. I will start looking for a better customer service and a better trash removal business.

The Waste Management company is horrible to deal with. They screwed up 2 pick ups from my house that were pre-paid. I had a ticket number, and they never showed. I had to call customer service(hahaha!) and was on hold for over an hour. When I finally got through, I was told they cancelled the ticket, but I didn't get a refund! They just cancelled, with no notification. I can't believe this company stays in business.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never get trash removal from this company. I initially paid $172 for 3 months. They didn't pick up my trash or recycling for 3 weeks. Then, I was told ill get reimburse for those weeks. So I was only charged $126.00 Then after a month I get a bill for almost $94. I call them up to have them explain this to me. Apparently when I got service, it was after the billing cycle and I wasn't charged some fee at the beginning. So I paid it. Apparently they sent an email to their customers, to not have your recycling in trash bags. Never received that email. So my recycling was never picked up. The only good things I would have to say about WM is their trash guys are nice. After that I was done, I finally cancel their services. But the fun didn't end there, just to get more money out of me, I gotta pay $75 just for them to pick the barrels up. Im not allow to drop them off myself. If you do the math, I've spent almost $300 for four months!!!
