When I moved in to my townhouse we could chose any trash removal company we wanted. The people we bought it from used em and the bins were still here so I signed up. Gave it a year. WM was habitually missing weeks of trash pick up. They would notify me they would be a day late, then another day then a week. OK fine. I cancelled the service and the process was easy.
My biggest issue is that I can’t get them to pick up their bins. I have called, they told me it was scheduled and when they came they were not there. The bins have been outside on the street with a pick up sign for four months! Please come and get them! I have neighbors in the same situation. We just want your bins picked up .

Waste Management consistently did not pick up our weekly trash and did not communicate back to us. When I complained they also refused to refund for lack of service. If you want to "waste" your money pick waste Management.

Like some of the others have said. Very slimy with contract renewals and the fact that they will rip you off in years 2 and 3. I am so glad I have put in cancellation orders for the end of September. Waste Management is so over priced and terrible to work with. They even extort another $300 to cancel and remove the dumpster. Slimy for sure. There are so many other companies that are far better priced.

UPDATE: Our Condo association has finally cancelled our contract with these criminals. We switched from WM to Republic Services and are saving $325 a month!! Good riddance to the worst dumpster company - WM

Contracted at $55 plus fuel a month for a small dumpster at my business. Signed a contract for 3 years. The rental fee is now $80+ with no justification, plus the fuel costs I'm at $114+ a month. I'm up in August 2022 and would cancel before if I didn't have a million other more pressing things as a small business owner.

This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. They have sold the company several times over, without any communication about how to make payments. Cut off my account, but still picked up half of our trash. Once I called to resolve the issue, they still cannot pick up trash for another week - leaving us with 3 weeks of garbage rotting in the summer sun. If there was another option I would cancel immediately. HORRIBLE.
