Waste Management was the BEST decision to make for our business. They are reliable and always ask me if I have any questions or concerns for them. The price is right and Extremely happy with their service overall! Definitely a long time client

The person working there wasn't very professional. I went the wrong way entering the drop off location to get rid of some stuff. He was very upset and began to yell at me. I told him I realized that I made the wrong turn, but you don't have to yell at me for it. He made a comment that the sign is right there if you can read it. I wasn't happy with his attitude and lack of professionalism. I admit I made the wrong turn, but you don't have to treat someone like that.
First class operation. Show your I.D. or proof of Rochester residency. They take anything you need gone. Friendly crew. Shows you where to put your bulky items. A very nice operation for residents.
