Very pleased with WM. My container is always left neat and upright opposed to my neighbors cans all over the place by other companies. No debris is left behindand they take yard waste! I love my discount - one for paying my bills yearly and another for being over 60 years old!!

Always on time. Will pick up anything I put out. Always leaves the spot clean. Driver Never throws the cans or tips them over after emptying them. Customer service is great as well.

The lady that drive’s our route is very pleasant, I forgot to put out trash one morning. I remembered when she came up the other side and got it out as she was across the street, she came over with a smile and did our trash. I would like to say thank you!! The bad side is the cost , But everything is expensive now, it would be nice for a break once in awhile, were a family of two that pays the same as a family of seven?

Waste Management Services are second to none! We've used their collection services for over twenty years.
Drivers are always prompt, courteous and reliable!

However, notwithstanding "Biden's Fuel Crisis," increasing monthly, rates to include five subset costs, are eating us up!

As all utilities are now more in the forefront, as they should be, it's time for Waste Management to also, reassess their burdening, ever increasing cost vs benefit to consumers. Seems time for more innovative practices aside from,
this is how it's always been done.

Would also, love to see a negotiable biweekly or call for pick-up option, for us residential folks

When I lived in Riga, we were given free refuse pickup. They always took everything I put to the curb. They take good care of their equipment and the odor is kept down. Every year they offer an open house and support Churchville and Riga. If you drive by at night on 490 you can see some of the methane that gets burned off. They also use methane to power a generator. No one wants a landfill in the community, but they are doing the best I can see being done.
