Every single week for the past two months we have been missed. no matter how many times we call and speak to management nothing changes . literally the worst service ever. Having your trash not picked up is the biggest inconvenience when we are running a household and keeping it clean. will be finding another trash company.

I've received such poor service from WM, with the biggest issue being drivers lying to staff about why they are not providing the services we pay for. Over these past 2 months they've skipped on collecting our recycling on 3 separate occasions. When I contact customer service, they respond saying that the recycling was not in the right place, though it's right next to the trash bin. They've missed trash on several occasions as well but it is not as frequent as the recycling issue. I pay several hundreds of dollars every quarter for terrible service.
