Always on time and if there is a planned delay always get email heads up. also, we have what looks like a brand new can and we always get it back = thanks. because of the construction of our property we have to keep the trash bin in the garage, so every pickup day i pull it out and leave in driveway. He always empties and puts it back right in front of the garage door = thanks again.

Great service! On time every week, driver goes the extra mile to make sure all trash goes in the truck. I love watching the mechanical arm grab the the can and empty it into the truck.

Always on time. When we’ve been out of town, our trash collector stopped and brought the trash can from the side of the house . We always get weekly communication and it’s easy to pay the bills and communicate.

We met out driver in the first month, only to find he, Darrell McNeil, is one of your stars! He deserves to be. He is friendly and caring. One of our large regrets in moving is losing Darrell, but he's now a friend and we meet regularly. Who else can match WM?

Trash pickup was fine however they don't do recycling pickup. I called to cancel because another company does trash and recycling for the same price, and the phone automation system wouldn't let me speak to a person- I had to call in 4 times and lie to an automation system about what I needed then immediately got transferred to a real person. Now, I am finding that they will charge about a $120 cancellation fee to pickup the can, there is no ability for me to take the can to them, and there's no refund policy so I am stuck with them another month. Do yourself a favor and research all other options first- FYI, GFL does recycling and trash pickup in Mechanicsville, VA.
