The business is great! All the staff are friendly and courteous. There response time in getting back is very good.

WM driver ran my mailbox over while picking up my neighbors garbage. Company refused to pay for a new mailbox and post. Tried to blame it on others. If you live in Hempfield Township remember you can use other garbage companies besides this horrendous one. So consider your options before giving your money to these people.

Great service. Times that we forget to take it to the curb, they have come down to the house, took it back up to the truck, and then brought it all the way back down to the house after emptied. Great military discount for the first year. Just wish their prices were more competitive with the other waste services In my area. But if you want to get what you pay for, WM is definitely the way to go.

I’m single and pay the same as a family. I average 1.5 bags per month. My mail service isn’t always what I want and I had a late payment that had to be close. I was sent a $5 late fee and made out the check and will mail it tomorrow. I tried paying online once and the Doxo automated teller took $4 or close to that for the service. It isn’t perfect but they are dependable

They secretly increase your trash bill without notifying you. You call them and they decrease the bill. Should never have to do that in first place. In 1 month they didn't pick my trash up twice..just skipped our house even though the cans were right at the road clearly visible, no obstructions.
