Drop off was great! Put the box exactly where I asked. Pick up went just as well. Prompt, professional drivers.

Very happy with Waste Management. They are very dependable and let us know of holiday pick up changes. They have taken whatever we leave out.

I appreciate the good job you guys do on a weekly basis. It can be a challenging job dealing with the public and the weather at times. Its a thankless job. I do have a small complaint. Lately I've had to retrieve my garbage can from the road. Today it was left partially in the road and directly in front of my mailbox. Picture attached. Leonard, 1596 Nadenbousch Lane. I have had to replace my trash can after watching their guys throw it into my yard, breaking the wheels off of it. They have also taken bags that were on the top of my can and thrown them back into my yard instead of into their collection truck. They have left bags sit on sidewalks, in the roadways, and have thrown around my neighbors cans as well. If I did my job like this, I would have to look for another one. The trash bill has never not been paid either!

Weekly trash collection is a joke. Come back to Stephens City and get everyone’s trash! What do you expect people to do with these ridiculously oversized trash cans!? The week after Christmas and you can’t be bothered to pick up everyone’s trash. Worst trash service ever!! I hope the town cancels the contract.
