  Great price through the week but you don't want to go on Saturday. A $6 load of household trash turns into a $20 load. But Monday - Friday you can't beat the savings as apposed to paying AVW taxes and fees. I spend no more than $10 a month i stead of $30

  I'm very disappointed with pick up schedule. on holidays weeks, our trash pickup always get 1 week delay and sometimes even 2 weeks. i think they should give a discount for those pickups they skip. the price is not bad even thought my neighbors pay less and their trash do get picked up even in holiday weeks with maybe a day or two delay. other than that, I don't have any complains.

  I will give 4 stars. The ladies in the office get 10/10, after that it falls apart. We are new to the area and didn’t know how it worked at first. The guys are the most grumpy dudes I’ve ever met. When asking simple questions, they’ll cut me off and bark back at me. When if they would listen to the entire question, a yea or no usually works.

  EDIT 1/8/23: We ended up calling and customer service was decent about it. My trash cans were delivered the day after I contacted them. So far trash has been on time, so my rating now reflects that. Will update again after some time and see if they remain consistent.

  I'm a brand new user and I really wanted to like them. Especially since a lot of the other trash providers were so much more expensive. But you get what you pay for I guess. When you sign up, they ask you to pick a 7-day delivery period. Those 7 days came and went and they didn't deliver them until after I contacted the company. And then they didn't even bother to pick up the trash. I'm giving them one more chance at redemption, otherwise I'm taking my business elsewhere.
  
  Website is easy to use and understand, customer service was fairly prompt. Containers are also good and sturdy. Just need to get scheduling and pickup in order.

  Everyone here is super nice but the set up is not great especially for when they get busy. If they added a lane for recycled goods it would be sooo nice I don’t even mind paying them more money for them to do that. Sometimes we have to stay in line for a hour just to get to recycles than ppl block us in so we can’t exit it’s a little bit of a nightmare. I also think it needs improvement since ppl entering to dump trash have to wait for ppl exiting making it take longer than necessary to get in. Wish there were two booths instead of just one!
  
  Overall good place but could use improvements to make it better.
