  This company is very reasonable and professional. I was using A. Disposal even with a contract they were raising the monthly rate and it got to a point that they were charging me more than twice of a signed contract. I am glad I have switched to WM.

  I started my service last week. This company was supposed to deliver my recycling and trash bin the week before my service the lady told me, but literally delivered both bins the day before my recycling day.
  
  Then comes the week of my service. Wednesday Recycling and Thursday is trash. Wednesday comes and they didn't pull my recycling. I called and was told they would come next week to get recycling. I was like okay. This company is not looking so good already and the service just started this week. Then Thursday comes, and they didn't pull my trash. It's Sunday as of writing this and they still haven't pulled neither my trash or recycling.
  
  I guess I'll cancel this company already and it's only been a week of me having them.
  
  Edit: Almost having them for almost a year, this trash service is still the worst. My recycling bin has been out front for 2 weeks now and they have not pulled it. They'll pull the trash, but not the recycling bin. I'll look for an alternative company

  After being with this company for about a half year, they have still not delivered us one of their trash or recycling container like they said they would. They also have NEVER yet picked up our recycling and have missed several trash pickups. I have called them many times, and they promised to resolve the situation each time, but never did.

  If I could leave zero stars, I most certainly would. I pay for service and no one comes and makes the pick ups. I've called several times and complained but they only have one complaint noted down in their system as of October 2021. Since you guys don't do your jobs I take my trash to landfill. So in the end I'm paying you guys for absolutely nothing. Crooks is what yall are including charging 75 bucks to pick up bins that you can't empty in the first place. Don't worry about picking them up. I'll deliver them right to your front door. How's that for service!

  I hired WM for my trash and recycling removal. They delivered my cans and never came to pick up the waste. I contacted their office on several occasions and they always tell me the route manager to call me. The route manager never calls. This has been for 2 1/2 months. They do not provide service but yet they continue to send me a bill.
