We are permitted 1 bulk pick up for free monthly, and somehow the new way it to SCHEDULE IT? Well, I did schedule it, and the guys on the truck said it wasn't on their instructions but would take it anyways - and didn't take ALL of it. It was just wood, and they left 2 palletes.

Well Steve I gotta givit to those guys manning the residential routs. No matter the weather they come and pickup the worst that humanity can produce. All young men doing what most would not even get within 20 feet of. Picken and flingin with precise accuracy into that big open stinking putrid foul smelling trash truck opening. Thanks to them we can live a comfortable stench free life. Thanks guys for your service and dedication to your craft. You reflect great credit on yourself the maintenance guys and Waste Management.

They only offer trash removal not any other service in my area, despite what I was told when I started the service. 1 of 6 times this summer they have been on time - on the one day they said they would be picking up the next day. Usually 2-3 DAYS late and no notification They must not have racoons where they are. We are looking to change our service.
