I enjoy utilizing this landfill because the people are always happy and smiling to see you it's never really busy keeping the wait times down and it's just an in-and-out experience overall great place to have to take my refuse

It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not seen anyone come to pick up my trash in my neighborhood. And when they come pick up the trash they leave a lot of trash behind if it falls out of the trash can they don't pick it up they just leave it. But the one thing I can say they're consistent on is billing me and taking their payment every 3 months for an auto-pay.

I have my own business and since day one waste management made it simple for my to obtain a front loader style large dumpster and my driver shows up consistently at 5am every other wed. My household jobsite everything one place one quick shot at a fair price for the fact i load it full everytime

They do not service residential trash pickup with their own employees and trucks that are supposed to be trained and trucks environmentally friendly. They sub out their business to other company’s who charge less but do not disclose this information on their site or upon requesting service.
