  Absolutely horrible service. I have two cans that I set out for garbage pick up. Several times they only take one canned and leave the second. when I call and waste 30 minutes of my time on the phone to get the second can picked up they promised me it’ll be picked up within 24 hours. That has never happened. It always sits at the end of my driveway until my next scheduled pick up.

  The WM change in policy regarding grass clipping pickup was not communicated to us (or our neighbors). When I finally got through to a real person, she explained that pickup was now monthly on the first Monday of the month which happened to be the day I called, June 5th, but the catch is, you have to call 24 business hours in advance if you want the clippings picked up. She said that because I had not called ahead, there was nothing she could do, even though she admitted that she could not find any record that we were notified of the policy change. Now I have grass clipping bags piling up for another month. Will be looking into changing service if nothing is done.

  For 6 years they use to take my yard clippings with each garbage pick up. Now this year they no longer pick it up with the garbage and want you to schedule a pickup. I went online to schedule a one time pickup for 8 bags of grass clippings and they want to charge over $200. Very disappointed with this new policy, paying more with new price increases and getting less service.

  Avoid Waste Management.
  They decreased recycling pickup to every other week, which was not enough. There was no option to continue with weekly pickup. When I cancelled service, they charged me (with various service fees) $122 to pick up the garbage tote I was returning. What a joke. It's best to just not engage with this company.

  Was great for almost 25 years. Now they have increased the cost and decreased the level of service. I'm reading that when I fire them they want to charge me to pick up their containers that I never asked for. Recycling is now every other week. Difficult to remember. Will not pick up anything that will not fit in their containers. I guess they will for an additional fee. Containers are never empty because of their faulty robotic pickup. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
