Update 9/12/23. I was asked again to write a reviewthere we go-->I give a 0 again, just like on my previous comment. Nothing has changed, the garbage container still thrown back causing parts(plastic wheels to break).
Horrible customer service from drivers.
Garbage wasn't picked up beginning of the year had to call many times , was told I get a credit for not being serviced that never happened. I would not recommend WM. Horrible!

I give 0, but that's not an option.
Horrible svs. Drivers are reckless and throw garbage can in your yard. Wheels break all the time due to this treatment. How can u provide good customer svs when you do such things? Would not recommend

If you order a residential dumpster you better make sure and double check it again that their trucks can drop it in the place you need it. If not and you have to cancel the order get ready for some big "destination and energy" fees. The fees came out to more then half the cost of a local dumpster company full price with the same size dumpsters and they were able to place them where I needed them.

Waste Management is prompt with their pick ups and reasonable in cost. If a pick up is missed due to weather or holidays, they always communicate when pick up will be.

George was excellent when helping retain us as a long-standing customer. He valued our relationship with WM. Our small business has been with WM for over 15 yrs.

So Frustrated with WM. I call them to pick up boxes that are stacked per their instructions and the driver left them, I have called 3 times requesting for someone to come and get them and they never have. This is not the only occasion as this has happened before. The worst part is they want the boxes to be broken down in a 3'x3' and bundled. I put them in a 30"x30" box and the driver leaves me with a note saying that I did not follow the rules.
