He addressed energy Vincent that was brought up in the caledonia community fb page where everyone was complaining about rising rates and threatening to switch to competition. I was able to go back and tell them what was going on. He also retained me as a client. Kudos to him end Raoul at customer service.

Well if you want to continuously have to call to get an explanation of why you are charged significantly more tha your neighbor every billing cycle and have routine missed pickups then this is the service for you!! Oh yes don’t forget about the endless wait time to talk to someone who actually understands what the issue is from customer service or lack there of!!!
