Service is excellent to the extent offered. Our refuse is picked up on the day scheduled. If any change in schedule notification is good.

At first there was a problem, my pick up fell off the schedule due to a technical hiccup. When I contacted WM they were very helpful in resolving my issue, compensated me for the inconvenience and everything is back on track.

Super easy to set up an account online. Funds were pulled immediately, but no garbage can for 2 weeks now. I've missed 2 pickup days that have already been paid for. Not looking good so far.
