Do not use this service it was a nightmare for our business. They charged us over $1400.00 to terminate service after we tried to work with them. They also refused to terminate service for over a month after we requested. We were charged liquidated damages of over $200.00 for them to remove their bin. Then we noticed after paying all of the above fees we still had an outstanding charge of $946 and was told that was a credit to be applied to the $1400 we sent them. Hopefully this information is helpful to others, so they don't get ripped off like we did!!!! They don't even deserve a rating of a one star.

I ordered a dumpster. It never showed in the 12 hr window they gave me on a Friday. Not open Saturday to find out where it was. On the Monday call to see what happened, they claim the had no
dumpsters available and that they EMAILED me instead of calling me, which I have yet to receive. (I did receive a confirmation email of the order), so they had the right email. It cost me alot of time and money not having that dumpster as ordered. Very disappointed and unhappy with WM and their horrible way of doing thingsresponse / report this review
