Drivers are kind, but that's the best I can do. Our service is regularly delayed or completely skipped. Do not recommend, even if you think you're saving a few dollars - the frustration and difficulty getting anyone on the phone is not worth it.

Waste pickup is usually a day or 2 late. Recycling is more consistent. Yard waste is fair price and I had a great experience wIth a driver. As I saw the truck drove by, I remembered that I was supposed to bring out a few yard waste bags that have been missed before. By the time I got everything to the curb, the driver was already on the opposite side of the street. The driver stopped the truck and waved me over. She got out and helped me load the bags. As we were doing so a bag ripped and the driver even helped me scoop up the spill. Because of this service experience, I gave this review another 🌟

Just moved in and somehow managed to make it to pick up day with all the extra stuff. They sent an email the night before saying my pick up would be delayed for an entire week. Totally unacceptable.

So far out of 6 service dates. 3 missed pickups. Where driver stated they picked up and did not.

Also my locking dumpster was not locked on Fridays pickup. I called customer service and no one had fixed the container yet. 4 days later

I called in TWICE to see how much this would be. I was quoted $280 no matter what we had and no matter the size of our truck. We spent all morning loading up a truck to dump our items. Upon arriving, we are suddenly told it is $350 plus taxes and fees along with special charges for specific items. The total was going to be nearly $450. If the price is $450 then say it is $450. Don't lie to people just to get them down there. You have a 2.7 right now for your reviews for a reason. Maybe try to fix that and have better business practices.
