  Not only did the price increase a lot. The new owner paid way less. Then they over charged for a 30yd. Promised credit and then charged me anyways. I’m out of country a don’t have time to call again. I’m busy

  Horrible customer service from whoever answers their phone, very unfriendly woman. The woman hung up on me after me complaining that they did not pick up our trash. She just said “well our cameras show they did your street”. Well then why in the heck didn’t you pick up our trash? She just argued with me that they either did pick it up, or that we didn’t have it out. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We definitely had it out, for two days, and early. So we get to pay for service that we didn’t get.

  Did not empty my recycling bin on my garbage night. My bin was facing the correct direction and was in clear view. I put out garbage about once a month and the house next to me is vacant. So, I can see how they forgot me. I called the next day and the woman I spoke with was very rude and told me I would have to drop off my recycling at the Marquette Transfer Station. The transfer station is closed before and after I get out of work. I’m paying for garbage pickup on my city bill and rarely use the service. I’m following their rules and my recycling should be picked up and not have to be dropped off. This is not the first time my garbage/recycling has not been picked up.

  We have been loyal customers of Waste Management for many years and have had no problems or concerns at all. We are notified if there is a change in service days because of holidays. Once when we were returning from our winter vacation and got home a few days later than scheduled, we were called to see if they had missed us on pickup as we didn't have our container set out. They said they would come back around to our house to pick ours up if we were home. The employees are courteous and friendly and helpful and do a fantastic, efficient job!

  Dropping recycling off recycling is easy. But the hours are pretty narrow, which means it's challenging to find time if you're working a job and your apartment owner isn't paying for recycling pickup.
