I dislike this company so much. They are too large and you are just a number! They raise their bills annually without notification. The worst part is trying to discontinue service. I recently sold my property and they want to charge me $300 to pick up their equipment! This is ridiculous especially since it is just a tiny 2 yd dumpster and they OWN it!!

WM service is always spot on. Our driver is wonderful. The truck comes as promised & if there is a delay it’s communicated ahead of time. Also, when I notice one of the bins may be a bit rusty on the bottom, when I call to report it a replacement is delivers quickly.

Told a pickup truck load was 40 dollars by wm on the phone. Over a ton more . Was not a ton not close. Told it would be 70 dollars flat rate for pickup Had no choice but to pay . Could not take it home. It's clear no one knows what is going on. Just rip off who ever you can as much as you can the wm way

I have had a good experience at this landfill up until recently. I work for a family owned garbage company and i dump trash here often without any complaints up until i was approached in a very unprofessional manner for mistakenly cleaning out some left over trash in the wrong spot after dumping. One of the workers there who i was told was named jeff who runs the dozer approached me with a very poor and unpleasant attitude and told me if i did it again i wasn't allowed to come back. This could have been said in a more polite way instead he was very rude about it. Maybe there should be a sign stating designated clean out area so this wouldn't have happened.
