Drivers are to lazy to pick up the bags I put in a bin that is locked and covers the trash. I usually have 8-10 bags a week. Family
Of 4, and they leave 2-3 bags each week on purpose. Always a virtual “ Lisa “ to talk to when you call to report anything. Never can get ahold of a local person at the office. Which is 6 miles from me. Horrible company & policy.

We have to sometimes wait for our trash to be picked up later than expected due to our driver using a small truck and getting full. Then spend 2 days after cleaning up trash the crows tore out! Trust me the driver don’t pick up any trash bag bursts even if he did throw the bag up and it busts. And customer service takes over a hour to reach someone. Who has hours to wait on hold? Plus it’s nothing new anymore to hear the nasty foul mouthed driver yell “god da**” and I’m not a happy mother when I hear him all over my house yelling gods name in vain where my children can hear him. No excuse for that. I don’t and couldn’t ever recommend waste management to anymore. Poor quality for expensive services and it only gets worse.

I have never had any problems. They are always on time and notify me if they are not picking up on my scheduled day. The guys has always picked up around the dumpster if anything was dropped. Keep up the good work.!
